Why is it cheaper

1
A rate negotiated on the volume of 700+ brands, not yours

On your own, your volume doesn't get you the best rates. Pooled with that of 700+ merchants, it lets you buy at the prices of the largest shippers.

2
A pre-negotiated rate, without the cost of negotiating

No calls for tender, no carrier accounts to open, no rate cards to renegotiate every year.
You plug into routes that are already negotiated and operational.

3
A cost that only counts returns actually dropped off

You pay for the actual return, not the intent to return.
A label that is generated but never used by your customer is not billed.

Three costs your invoice doesn't show

The parcel goes out on the configured contract, not the cheapest one

When multiple carriers serve the same route, no one compares them for every shipment. You pay the difference, and it doesn't appear on any line of your invoice.

Outside of France, you often only have one option

You sell in far more countries than you have contracts for. Everywhere else, you pay whatever return price is imposed on you.

The item arrives back too late to be resold at the right time

Forced customs clearance, no consolidation: the product stays in transit instead of being restocked quickly. Here, you aren't just paying for transport; you're paying for tied-up inventory.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still use my existing carrier contracts?

Yes. Our rates are added to yours, connection by connection. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to renegotiate.

Do I have to pay for a shipping label that my customer doesn't use?

No. Billing only begins once the customer activates the tag.

Can I charge my customer for returns?

Yes. Our Paid Returns feature allows you to offer free or paid returns, with fees collected either directly through the portal at the time of the request (via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) or deducted from the refund amount. You can set your own rules to determine when a return is free and when it is chargeable, based on factors such as the reason for the return, country, chosen return method, type of compensation, or customer segment.
